If you are traveling to the Netherlands for business, you can apply for a business visa through the Orange Carpet Facility.

Business relations of the Netherlands in Kuwait, being:

• a Kuwaiti company having an established relationship with a company or institute in The Netherlands;
• an agent or sponsor of a Dutch company;
• a Dutch company with a subsidiary in Kuwait

can apply for the "Orange Carpet" visa facilitation program.

A business visa offers you many advantages and above all speeds up the application procedure:

• no need to make use of the electronic visa appointment system;
• extended office hours for your visa application: Sunday - Thursday from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM;
• for CEOs and General Managers, register in person only once;
• for Kuwaiti nationals the business visas will be issued within two working days;
• frequent travellers to The Netherlands can easily get multiple entry Schengen visas for one year or longer.

WHAT TO DO TO APPLY FOR YOUR BUSINESS VISA:

Please send an email to KWE-CA@minbuza.nl to set the date and time that is convenient for you to apply for your business visa. You will get a reply confirmation, which will also provide you with information regarding the Schengen procedure and the supporting documents you have to bring with you. You can download your application form via the link in the right menu.

The Orange Carpet facility is NOT meant for family members of employees.
